List Reservations ​

Reservations are available in multiple places in Itefy:

  • Dashboard: The Reservations tab shows upcoming and ongoing reservations, plus key numbers such as uncompleted reservations, with links to the complete lists.
  • Item page: The Activity tab lists all reservations that include that item.
  • Reservations page: Select Reservations from the main menu to see all reservations.

The reservations page ​

The reservations page has two views, switched with the toggle at the left of the toolbar:

  • List view: A sortable table of reservations.
  • Calendar view: A month/week/day calendar where reservations are colored by their classification, and completed reservations appear faded.

Search and filters ​

Use the search field to find reservations by name, reason or included item names. The Filter by dropdown next to it offers:

  • Display: Upcoming, Ongoing, Past
  • Status: Open (uncompleted), Completed
  • Classification: Show only certain kinds of reservations
  • Item / Location / User: Limit to a specific item, or to reservations at certain locations or assigned to certain users
  • Time range: Only reservations overlapping a from/to date range

Sorting ​

Click a column header (#, Items, Name, Status, Time, User) to sort by that column; click again to reverse the direction.

Row actions ​

Each row has a View reservation button, and a ⋮ menu with quick actions: View reservation, Edit reservation, Create checkout, Create event and Mark completed.
