Item Dashboard
Each equipment item has its own page, and the first tab — Insights — gives you the key information about it in a glimpse. A row of status tiles at the top shows availability (and who is using the equipment, or who used it last if idle), today's reservations, condition, open issues and current location. Each tile is color-coded, so you will quickly see if everything is okay, or if anything has to be done — for instance, unresolved issues show up in red.
Below the status tiles you find widgets with more depth: value and lifespan (depreciation), issue statistics, and — for kit containers — the kit's items with their availability and condition.
To perform a task, like check-in/check-out the item, add an event, change location or condition, add a reservation or add a new issue, click the Perform task button in the top right corner. See Perform tasks.
