Billing and invoices
Billing is managed on the account's Manage page, on the Billing tab:
- From the web app, select Settings → Subscription in the main menu, then switch to the Billing tab, or
- From your Accounts page, click the Manage (cog) button on the account, then Billing.
You need to be the account owner, or a user with the Subscription administration permission. On trial accounts the Billing tab appears when you select a plan and continue to billing.
Billing information
The Billing information card holds the details printed on your invoice receipts: company name, registration number, address, country, contact email and invoice email. Fields marked * are required. Click Save billing info after making changes.
Payment methods
Under Payment methods you manage the cards used to pay for the subscription:
- Click + Add card to add a card. Card details and payments are handled securely by Stripe — Itefy never stores card information. A newly added card automatically becomes your default.
- The card marked ✓ Selected is the default used for charges. Click Set default on another card to switch.
- Click Delete to remove a card you no longer use.
Upcoming invoice
The Upcoming invoice card shows an estimate of your next charge — the amount and billing date, and when expanded, the individual lines including any prorated charges or credits from recent plan or seat changes. The amounts may change if you make further changes before the billing date.
Invoices
The Invoices card lists all invoices for the account. Each row shows the invoice number, date, amount and status, with buttons to View the invoice in the browser or Download it as a PDF. Invoice receipts are also emailed to your invoice email address when payments are made.
