Delete reservations ​

One-time reservations ​

  1. Open the reservation from the reservations list.
  2. Click the More button in the header and select Delete reservation.
  3. Confirm to permanently delete the reservation.

Recurring reservations ​

When you choose More → Delete reservation on a reservation that belongs to a recurring series, Itefy asks what you want to delete:

  • Just this one: Removes only the occurrence you have open. The rest of the series is unaffected.
  • The entire series: Permanently deletes every appointment that belongs to the recurring reservation.

You can also remove a single appointment directly from the Occurrences card on the reservation page: click the delete icon next to the appointment and confirm.

Deleting a reservation cannot be undone.
