Condition status on the dashboard

The dashboard's Condition widget shows the percentage of operative items, with a trend indicator and a graph tracking operative items over time. The Condition Changes widget lists the most recent items whose condition was changed, with tabs for Inoperative and Discarded, and lets you navigate to the full list in either category.

Item page

When you open a specific item, its page displays the current condition status of that asset.

List operative, inoperative or discarded items only

Navigate to the items list via the main menu (Items > View items). Open the Filter by dropdown next to the search field, expand the Condition section and check the statuses you want to display. You can combine the condition filter with search and other filtering options — the list updates as you go.

Status in the items list

The current condition appears as its own column in the items list, independent of your selected filters. To show or hide it, open the column selector (the gear button in the toolbar) and toggle the Cond. column.
