Videos ​

You can add videos from YouTube to each item. This is typically instructional videos, and can be any video found at YouTube. The videos can be played directly in the web app, the mobile app, or on public item pages, if enabled.

Add YouTube videos ​

  1. Go to the YouTube video page, and copy the web address (URL).
  2. In Itefy, open the item you want to add the video to, select the Files tab, then click Add files > Video.
  3. Paste the YouTube URL in the YouTube URL field. If done correctly, the video thumbnail appears above the field. Enter a title, and optionally a description.
  4. Click Add video.

Play videos ​

You will find an item's videos on the Files tab under the Videos sub-tab. Play a video by clicking its thumbnail — it opens in a player right in the app. You can also open the video on YouTube with the YouTube icon under the thumbnail, or edit its description with the pencil icon.
