Start a paid subscription

Start a paid subscription before your trial period expires to keep using your account without interruption. If the trial expires first, the account is locked (your data is kept for a while) — starting a subscription unlocks it again.

Important: You need to be the account owner, or a user who has been given the Subscription administration permission, to manage the subscription.

Open the subscription page

Subscriptions are managed on the account's Manage page:

  • From the web app, select Settings → Subscription in the main menu, or
  • From your Accounts page, click the Manage (cog) button on the account.

Steps to start a paid subscription

  1. On the Subscription tab, click Select a plan.
  2. In the plan picker:
    • Choose the plan that fits your needs.
    • Toggle between monthly and yearly billing (yearly offers a discount).
    • Select your preferred currency (USD, EUR or NOK).
    • On plans that support it, adjust the number of user seats with the +/− buttons.
  3. Click Go to billing.
  4. On the Billing tab:
    • Complete the billing information (this appears on your invoice receipts) and click Save billing info.
    • Under Payment methods, click + Add card. Card details and payments are securely handled by Stripe — we never store card information on our servers.
  5. Review the Order summary and click Start subscription.

After subscription activation

  • The subscription begins immediately.
  • An invoice receipt PDF is emailed to you.
  • All invoices remain available under the Billing tab for viewing and downloading.
  • You can change plan, adjust seats, or cancel at any time from the same page.
