Overview
When equipment breaks and becomes unusable, ensuring rapid repairs is critical. Itefy enables any authorized user to create issue tickets for one or more equipment items within a single ticket. The primary individuals responsible for each item receive notifications, and additional users can be added to help resolve the matter. By establishing a deadline, you can monitor whether issues get resolved within acceptable timeframes.
Each issue has its own page where you can edit every detail in place, attach pictures and files, discuss the issue in a comment thread with @-mentions and replies, and follow the change history on the Progress tab. If an issue requires planned repair work, you can schedule a repair reservation directly from the issue.
Once an issue is resolved, update the issue ticket status to closed.
