The Accounts page

After signing in, you land on the Accounts page at app.itefy.com/accounts/. It lists every Itefy account you are a member of, and is the starting point for opening, managing and creating accounts.

Views

Use the switcher above the list to choose between Tiles, Cards and List. Your choice is remembered on the device. All three views show the same accounts:

• Account name and its short account ID
• Your role: Owner, Admin or Member
• Plan: Free trial or Pro (cards and list views)
• Status: Active or Expired — expired trials also show a "Data kept until <date>" line

Open and manage

• Open takes you into the account's web app.
• The Manage (cog) button — shown to owners and administrators — opens the account's Manage page with the subscription and billing settings.
• On an expired trial, Open is replaced by Reactivate, which takes owners and administrators straight to the Manage page to start a subscription.

Create a new account

Click New account to create an additional account. Enter the account name (for example your company name) and select the country — the currency is suggested automatically. Every new account starts as a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.

The New account button is hidden while you already have an account with an active trial — you can only run one trial at a time.

Switching accounts

You can return to the Accounts page at any time to switch: from inside the web app, click your avatar in the top-right corner and choose Switch account. See Switch to another account.
