Checkout log
All checkouts are logged. Recent and overdue checkouts appear on the dashboard, and you can access the complete checkout history on the Checkouts page by selecting Checkouts from the main menu.
The most recent checkouts display first. Use the search field to find checkouts by reason or item, and the Filter by dropdown to narrow the list:
- Status: Show only checked out, checked in, or overdue checkouts
- Item / Location / User: Show only checkouts involving a specific item, location or user
- Time range: Show only checkouts active within a chosen period
Click a column header — #, Items, Status, Time or User — to sort the list by that column; click again to reverse the direction.
You can also switch to a calendar view using the toggle in the toolbar, to see checkouts laid out by date.
To see the checkout history of a single item, open the item and select the Activity tab, then Checkouts.
