Using the web app on mobile devices

There are two ways to use Itefy:

• The web app, through a modern web browser like Chrome, Safari, Edge or similar.
• The smartphone app Itefy Go, which runs at go.itefy.com and can optionally be installed on Android and iOS devices.

The web app is designed mainly to be used on laptops and desktop computers. But you can also use it with a web browser on mobile devices. The web app will look a little different on small screens, like a smartphone, but on most tablets (iPads, Android and Windows tablets) with screens larger than 7", the web app will look and perform almost the same as on a laptop or desktop computer.

However, on smartphones we recommend using Itefy Go, to take full advantage of the features that are unique to the smartphone app, such as QR code scanning for quick check-outs, check-ins and issue reporting.
