List Issues

Issues are accessible in several locations throughout Itefy:

  • Dashboard: Metric cards show new issues, issues in progress and unresolved issues assigned to you — each card links to the issues page filtered to exactly those issues.
  • Item pages: Open the Activity tab and select Issues to see all issues related to a specific item.
  • Issues page: Select Issues in the main menu, or click the Issues quick-action card on the dashboard.

List and calendar views

The issues page has two views, switched with the toggle in the toolbar:

  • List: A sortable table of issues.
  • Calendar: Issues are placed on their deadline date (month, week or day view), so you can see what is due when.

Search and filtering

Use the search field to find issues by their headline, description or item names. The Filter by dropdown offers:

Display (which issues to show — by default Open and In progress):

  • Open
  • In progress
  • Closed
  • Assigned to you

Time range: Only show issues created within a chosen period.

Sorting

In list view, click a column header to sort by it; click again to reverse the order. Sortable columns include # (ID), Item, Issue, Created, Responsible and Location.
