Remove users

Users are removed from an account under Settings → Users in the web app. Remove a single user with the Remove user button on their row, or tick several users and click Remove in the selection bar that appears. The account owner cannot be removed.

A removed user will still be able to log into Itefy, but will no longer have access to the account.

As long as the user has a valid Itefy login, the user's name and information will appear in activity logs. However, if a user removes itself from Itefy entirely, all activity records with the user's name, email address, and other personal information will automatically be anonymized, in order to comply with GDPR regulations.
