Cancel subscription
Only the account owner can cancel a subscription.
If cost or resources are the reason, consider changing to a smaller plan instead — see Modify resources. Cancelling ultimately deletes the account and all its content.
How to cancel
- Open the account's Manage page: from the web app, select Settings → Subscription, or click Manage (cog) on the account on your Accounts page.
- On the Subscription tab, scroll to the Cancel subscription card at the bottom.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Confirm by typing the account name exactly as shown, then click Confirm cancellation.
What happens after cancelling
- You keep full access until the end of the current billing period — the subscription simply doesn't renew, and there are no further charges.
- When the period ends, the account is deactivated and no longer appears on your Accounts page.
- After a retention period, the account and all its content are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep (item lists, reports, files) before the period ends.
If you cancelled by mistake, contact Itefy support as soon as possible — preferably before the current billing period ends.
